These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SMG Machines Financing portal (the "Portal"), operated by SMG Machines together with EFFI Finance. By using the Portal you agree to these Terms. This is draft placeholder text intended to be reviewed and finalized by SMG and EFFI Finance counsel before public launch.

1. Nature of the service

The Portal helps commercial equipment buyers explore financing options for SMG track and turf equipment. Submitting an inquiry through the Portal is not an application for credit and does not create a binding financing commitment. All financing is subject to credit approval, equipment review, documentation, and final transaction terms established by EFFI Finance.

2. Eligibility

The Portal is intended for commercial and business users authorized to explore equipment financing on behalf of their organization. It is not intended for consumers seeking personal or household financing.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@effifinance.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others.
  • Do not disrupt or interfere with the Portal's operation or security.

5. Intellectual property

SMG Machines, EFFI Finance, HaloProve, and Halo names, logos, and product identifiers are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants a license to use those marks except as necessary to use the Portal for its intended purpose.

6. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Equipment specifications and financing figures are informational and may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMG Machines, EFFI Finance, and their affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use of the Portal.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of EFFI Finance's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
