Financing offered through the SMG Machines Financing portal is provided by EFFI Finance, an independent commercial equipment finance company. SMG Machines is not the lender and does not underwrite, approve, or fund transactions. The following disclosures are draft placeholder text intended to be reviewed and finalized by EFFI Finance counsel before public launch.

Commercial use only

Financing described on this Portal is offered for commercial and business purposes only. It is not offered for personal, family, or household use and is not subject to consumer credit protection laws that apply to consumer transactions.

Credit approval required

All financing is subject to credit approval, satisfactory equipment review, documentation, and final transaction terms established by EFFI Finance. Pricing, payment amounts, and structures shown on the Portal are illustrative and not commitments to lend.

EFFI Finance is an equal credit opportunity provider. EFFI Finance does not discriminate on any basis prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.

State licensing

Where required, EFFI Finance holds the licenses and registrations necessary to offer commercial equipment financing in the states where it operates. Specific licensing information is available on request by contacting compliance@effifinance.com.

• SMG Machines — manufacturer of the equipment and referral partner for financing.
• EFFI Finance — commercial equipment finance provider.
• Halo (by HaloProve) — application processing and financing intelligence platform used to organize inquiries and supporting information.
