This portal is operated jointly by SMG Machines and EFFI Finance to help commercial equipment buyers explore financing for SMG track and turf equipment. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. This is draft placeholder text intended to be reviewed and finalized by SMG and EFFI Finance counsel before public launch.

- Account information — name, company, business email, phone number when you create an account.
- Financing inquiry information — the equipment you select, amount requested, preferred structure, and business need you provide.
- Documents — financial statements or other supporting files you send to EFFI Finance.
- Usage information — standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and page visits.

Information is used to evaluate financing inquiries, respond to your questions, structure transactions, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the portal. We do not sell personal information.
3. How we share information
Financing inquiries are shared between SMG Machines, EFFI Finance, and service providers acting on their behalf (for example, email delivery, hosting, and application processing). We may also share information as required by law or to protect legal rights.
4. Data retention
Inquiry and account information is retained as long as needed to service the relationship and to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, and audit requirements.
5. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; you should not transmit sensitive information through unsecured channels.

You may request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting privacy@effifinance.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
